We’re growing our team and are recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive.
This role will focus on paid social media execution across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, helping us reach new audiences, engage existing customers and drive revenue. You'll collaborate closely with the creative and content teams to bring the Kukoon brand to life through scroll-stopping ads, and play a key role in optimising performance through data-led decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Ads Execution
You’ll be responsible for launching, managing and optimising paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube. Working closely with the wider digital team, you’ll support the delivery of paid media strategies that align with broader campaign goals and brand objectives. This includes building, testing and scaling ad variations across creative formats, copy and audience segments to drive performance.
Campaign Performance Monitoring & Reporting
You’ll monitor campaign performance daily against key KPIs, producing clear weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and learnings. Using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Pinterest Analytics, you’ll track results, proactively flag issues and recommend optimisations. You’ll also support attribution analysis and assist in understanding the incremental impact of paid campaigns.
Creative Collaboration
Working closely with our creative team, you’ll brief performance-led insights to help shape high-performing visuals and video content. You’ll stay on top of platform trends and translate these into a clear creative direction that drives conversion. Collaboration will be key, as you partner with Content Creators, the Graphic Designer and external agencies to ensure consistency and cohesion across all paid assets.
Paid Strategy Support
You’ll collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to refine targeting, budgets and channel mix, helping to maximise return on spend. You’ll contribute to A/B testing plans and experiment design across creative formats, placements and landing pages. Bringing fresh ideas and competitor insights, you’ll continually look for opportunities to unlock scalable performance wins.
Paid Influencer Strategy & Execution
You’ll support the development and delivery of a data-led paid influencer strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms. This includes identifying and managing brand-aligned influencers, owning outreach, briefs and campaign coordination, and supporting influencer-led launches and campaigns. You’ll track performance across reach, engagement and conversions, using insights to inform optimisation and scale.
