Creations include home furnishings, scarves, and accessories to spark the imagination. We want to build a global lifestyle brand, and this person will be a key part of the team, to drive this move from start-up to scale-up business.
Marketing
Plan and create highly engaging written, graphic and video content Assist the marketing manager to create dynamic and creative campaigns that will engage customers and exceed KPIs Create and manage the social content calendar, planning and executing on campaigns to engage and grow our presence on Instagram and Facebook Identify and foster strategic partnerships with influencers that complement our brand and extend our reach Write SEO optimised blogs in line with the Marketing Calendar Work with the marketing team to produce high quality content from in-house and external shoots
Ecommerce
Assist in the implementation of product launches and promotions Prepare and set up all products on Shopify Perform regular online checks and on-site merchandising to align with product availability and changes, marketing campaigns and enhance the overall user experience Assist with ad-hoc Trade Show/Sample sale POS set-up Deliver comprehensive weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on KPIs
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Is someone who has:
Relevant degree in Fashion, Textiles, Marketing, Communications or similar at a 2:1 or higher 2+ years experience in digital marketing and social media, preferably within the interior or fashion industry Experience using social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics Excellent time management skills Excellent verbal communication skills Excellent copywriting skills with impeccable spelling and grammar Well versed in the ever-changing digital landscape Keen interest in design / interiors / nature
Extra brownie points:
Shopify experience 1+ years e-commerce experience managing a large product portfolio is desirable but not required as training can be provided Experience working with influencers Experience using a loyalty programme Experience in affiliate marketing Connections with influencers or press will be beneficial An understanding of the problems facing small businesses and the ability to implement appropriate solutions.
