Digital Marketing Executive

The Role

We are looking for an ambitious  Digital Marketing Executive to drive commercial marketing plans and activations for our local & global supporter base. Amplifying our club’s brand voice through everything we do.

This role will include everything from concept creation to delivery of brand and commercial & venue marketing strategy and building holistic marketing plans, both domestically and internationally.

• Enhance our supporter communications  - you will be working with a focus to keep our supporters updated and invested in our club
• Develop matchday messaging  - you’ll ensure our app and website content is up to date with the latest information on season tickets and hospitality packages and you’ll manage email communications with supporters to build anticipation ahead of our fixtures
• Lead campaigns  - you will be across digital projects such as website developments, improving digital user journeys and migrating supporters to digital ticketing
• Drive optimisation  - you will be working with internal and external support to enhance our SEO and PPC engagement
• Proactive team collaboration  - you'll work with our wider commercial teams to ensure we show up consistently and frequently across the full breadth of our club's channels
• Stakeholder management  - you'll engage with and manage stakeholders’ expectations across end-to-end campaign processes
• Champion data & analytics  - you'll consistently track data to provide insight and shape future campaigns 
• Oversee cross-channel campaigns  - you'll help create content for key digital channels such as email, push, app and website.

• T rack record in a similar marketing role  - you have previously thrived in a digital marketing role, including experience in a successful agency or internal creative team focusing on memberships and/or ticketing experience
• Best-in-class copy writer  - you have managed and updated content on digital channels, such as website, social media, bespoke platforms and CMS
• Creative mindset  - you are a champion in the digital space. Bringing innovative ideas, backed with data on industry and consumer behavior trends
• E xcellent attention to detail  - you are precise and effective with communications and have proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Courageous team player  - you're a trusted and proud ambassador for our club who fosters honesty and integrity 
• Passionate innovator  - you bring innovation to how we serve our supporters across matchday and non-matchday experiences to drive commercial growth
• D ynamic communicator  - you are confident in communicating with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, adapting style and approach to your audience.
