We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join the marketing department of a luxury hotel and spa group.
You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead and with the wider Marketing Team to ensure a stream of high-quality leads are produced through social, online, and email marketing that ultimately drive acquisitions, increase conversion, improve customer retention and ensure the digital growth of this brand.
As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will have more than just a social media skillset. We are looking for someone who has strong analytical skills and experience, driving organic traffic through various digital marketing tools including SEO and supporting with campaigns, emails, blogs and the website to name a few!
You will be working as part of a small in-house marketing team (10), working closely together, and bouncing ideas off each other, so good communication skills are important for this role. Everyone is encouraged to share ideas so being a creative thinker with a natural flair will really help you!
Your subject matter is not only interesting but absolutely stunning! The group has invested huge amounts in the re-development of their properties over the last couple of years, not only bucking trends but raising standards in their industry.
If you have previous experience in copywriting this will be hugely advantageous, as you will be supporting the creation of short and long form content. We want you to be confident in creating and running the campaigns and inputting on strategy, so we are looking for someone with a couple of years’ experience in a similar role currently in order to be successful with this role.

You will be based in the beautiful, refurbished Moreton-in-Marsh office, working on a hybrid basis (4 days in office, 1 days from home) during normal office hours. Occasionally, you will need to travel to their properties (both in the Midlands) but will be reimbursed for the travel so having a driving licence is needed for this role.
Salary wise you are looking at £37,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience. You will also receive discounts on overnight stays, spa days as well as on food and drink.
