The Business:

A management company within the hospitality sector, taking care of estates and hotels, supporting well-known brands to local hoteliers.

The business supports their clients from design work, marketing, operational and many other elements that go into running a hotel / estate.

The part we’re focusing on is marketing their brands!

A strong team of 30 people based in Newton Abbott with a large portfolio of clients across the UK.

With a positive culture, non-corporate vibe and a growth mindset across the business, you’ll be joining a team that will push one another in the right way!

The Position:

As a Marketing Executive you’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and another Marketing Executive on the marketing strategy for the clients. You’ll directly be responsible for 5-8 brands, which makes this role incredibly varied, an exciting opportunity to develop and be hands on.

The role will include everything from content creation, social media, copywriting, strategy and everything in between. If you’re looking for a all-round marketing role, this is the one!

We’re not expecting you to know everything, there’s a great development plan in place where you’ll continue to strengthen your skills and keep learning.
You’ll conduct research and report on areas to strengthen the brands marketing results, improving ROI, brand awareness and reputation.

As part of the wider marketing team, this is a real opportunity to bounce ideas off one another and learn for each other.

About you:
Minimum 2 years of marketing experience
Willingness to learn
Ability to work together as a team and as an individual
Positive, outgoing and passionate
An all-rounder!
Copywriting as a core skill would be beneficial
