The agency is led by four driven, knowledgeable founders. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and help the business flourish.
Job Overview:
The Digital Marketing Executive will play a key role in supporting our digital marketing efforts. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.
The successful candidate will assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on outreach campaigns, technical SEO projects and content marketing efforts. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
A full training program will be delivered and will be designed to help the candidate grow in their knowledge and experience.
This is a unique opportunity to work with four digital marketing experts with 50 years of combined experience. The successful candidate will work directly with the agency’s founders on a one-to-one basis, gaining key insights and training in each digital marketing specialism.
This is a hybrid position and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work from home, as well as in a Leeds city centre office. The company offers plenty of social opportunities, including trips to sports events.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the Development and Execution of Digital Marketing Campaigns:
Collaborate with the team to create, implement and execute digital marketing strategies.
Support the execution of SEO, outreach, PPC, digital marketing and content marketing campaigns.
Content Creation and Management:
Assist in managing and updating website content.
Schedule and publish posts across relevant social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn)
Monitor social media channels and engage with the audience.
Analytics and Reporting:
Assist in tracking and analysing the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
SEO and SEM:
Conduct keyword research and optimise website content for search engines.
Assist in managing and optimising PPC campaigns.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the digital marketing space.
Monitor competitor activities and report on industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field (internships included).
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
Basic understanding of SEO, SEM and PPC.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Basic HTML/CSS skills.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
