We have the pleasure of recruiting on behalf of a market-leading business known for producing the best quality product on the market. Backed by historical innovation and strong customer relationships, they are looking to expand and focus on their digital capabilities. They are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to improve conversations and how they sell online.

This is a senior role focused on modernising and growing the company's B2B e-commerce capability. You will assess current platforms and processes, define a future-focused digital strategy, and deliver commercial results. Working closely with the leadership team, you'll ensure e-commerce becomes a key driver of revenue, efficiency, and competitive advantage.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct and implement SEO optimisation & digital discoverability to increase visibility and qualified traffic.
• Partner the senior leadership team to proactively define and implement a high-impact B2B digital marketing and e-commerce strategy.
• Conduct a detailed review of existing platforms, identifying opportunities to improve functionality, usability, and performance.
• Drive measurable increases in online sales, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Use data and analytics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on ROI.
• Be innovative in discovering news tools to use to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

• Be proactive with ideas and lead from the front - a true partner for the leadership team.
• Strong track record in SEO improvements resulting in customer conversions.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, SEO, and system integration.
