Digital Marketing Manager – Greater London – Up to £65,000 pa + Benefits – REF 078
£55,000 - £65,000 pa + Benefits Mon – Fri | 37.5 Hours per Week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join a specialist manufacturing business with a global customer base and an excellent reputation for quality, innovation and technical excellence.
Supplying products into the automotive, motorsport and industrial sectors, our client is looking for a commercially focused marketing professional to take ownership of its digital marketing strategy across multiple brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the company's digital presence, improving customer engagement and driving business growth through innovative digital marketing initiatives.
Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and developing the company's digital marketing ecosystem, ensuring digital channels support lead generation, customer retention, brand awareness and commercial performance. You will oversee CRM and marketing automation, website performance, digital content, analytics and reporting, whilst working closely with internal stakeholders and external marketing partners to continuously improve digital performance.
This is a broad and varied role that will suit someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and is passionate about using data-driven insights to influence business growth.
Skills & Experience Needed:
* Previous experience within a Digital Marketing Manager or Senior Digital Marketing position
* Strong experience managing websites, improving user experience and driving conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
* Experience creating and delivering digital content including email marketing, blogs, product content and online campaigns
* Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and other reporting tools to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
* Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders, sales teams, technical departments and external marketing agencies
* Knowledge of SEO and organic search strategies to improve online visibility
* Experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms
* Experience managing social media channels and digital engagement campaigns
* Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering, automotive or technical products environment would be highly advantageous
