Role Description We're a growing business and are looking for someone who is comfortable in a hybrid role - handling the typical tasks of a Digital Marketing Manager but also comfortable with exposure to the wider marketing needs of the business. You'll work alongside our Social Media Manager (who produces and manages all content) and report into our Founder (who manages the overarching brand stategy). Day to day tasks will include social media marketing, digital content production, new store opening launch planning and newsletter marketing (and copywriting) - with a view to supporting our overall ambition to grow love and awareness of our brand.
The role requires a strong understanding of online platforms and strategies to promote Burgerism as the go-to delivery burger brand across the UK. You should be passionate about what you do and looking to develop and push boundaries (there is room for on-brand experiments but no room for boring).

Qualifications In depth knowledge of Meta and TikTok marketing. Top tier copywriting skills; we're big believers in the power of words. Comfortable with leading customer acquisition and retention strategies. Ability to manage and own our loyalty program. Experience in google/web analytics. Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies. Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms. Understanding of Linkedin in the context of building our digital presence. Graphic design skills would be preferable.
