Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description

We are in the lookout for an enthusiastic, experienced and forward-thinking Digital Marketing Manager who can take charge of our online presence and effectively promote our brand with both short and long-term growth objectives in mind.
You’ll join a growing Marketing team and support the Head of Marketing to shape, implement and refine a digital marketing strategy that aligns with Kapa’s Desserts overall marketing objectives across all aspects of the digital marketing mix.
The ideal Digital Marketing Manager will have a customer-centric mindset, are detail orientated, highly collaborative and organised, have website, app and digital marketing platform management and implementation experience, and are accustomed to performance measured by results.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is a Head Office based role with a requirement of working 2-3 days per week in the London office and the remaining days working from home.

Responsibilities
·

To develop, manage and execute the digital marketing strategy.
·

Identify and implement marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive brand awareness, reach & sales through digital channels.
·

Maximise search exposure and optimise organic and paid channels (SEO, SEM)
·

Development of brand awareness and online reputation.
·

Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of Kaspa’s website.
·

Responsible for the management of all social media channels.
·

Responsible for the development and launch of Kaspa’s Reward App.
·

Plan and oversee the implementation of Kaspa’s loyalty strategy to increase customer engagement, boost retention and maximise sales.
·

Manage and continually evolve Kaspa’s Web to Print.
·

Responsible for the management of all owned and paid (digital) channels including paid social, PPC, email and website.
·

Manage the marketing of our digital delivery partners, ensuring we’re making the most of the marketing tools and opportunities available to us.
·

Using analytics to identify key customer touchpoints, evaluate the success of digital activities and improve customer experience end-to-end across our digital platforms.
·

Day-to-day line management for the Digital Marketing Assistant.
·

Monitoring campaign budgets and ensuring that campaigns are performing to targets and preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
·

To identify new markets, channels and strategies for online growth.
·

Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

Requirements
·

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
·

Marketing degree or relevant field.
·

Experience managing and optimising campaigns across various digital channels with proven results.
·

Demonstrate industry experience in managing and implementing the digital marketing strategy, SEO, email, website, social media and display advertising campaigns.
·

Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, building reports and dashboards and ability to use data to inform decisions.
·

Strong exposure with all areas of paid media.
·

Experience with implementing and managing CRM and CMS platforms.
·

Proven track record of lead generation.
·

Top-notch time management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
·

Creative and results driven attitude.
·

Excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
·

Sound and up-to-date knowledge of latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
·

Team management experience.
·

Budget management experience.

Salary Banding £40k - 45k.
