RWinvest is a UK leading buy to let property investment firm, hiring an experienced Marketing Manager to head up our growing marketing team.
Recently crowned the Best Real Estate Agency in the UK, and with three offices located in Liverpool, London and Manchester, RWinvest is searching for a strategic and innovative leader to help accelerate further business growth, based in our Liverpool HQ.
- 5 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager or similar, working with PPC, web, SEO, email and social media channels.
- Demonstrable experience leading a marketing strategy which includes lead generation.
- Advanced understanding of SEO and web analytics.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience.
- Management of large budgets.
- Commercially aware.
- Up to date with marketing best practices and legalities such as GDPR and appropriate licensing.
- Proficient in CRM such as Pipedrive, HubSpot or similar.
- Highly organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in team management.
- Numerically literate, proficient with spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication skills, and exceptional written English.
- A sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Experience in the property industry is desirable but not required.
Responsibilities
- Create, nurture and continually optimise a marketing strategy which prioritises lead generation, conversion and brand-awareness.
- Management of a team spanning several marketing channels, including website, organic social media, email, WhatsApp, SMS, PPC including Google, Bing, Meta and LinkedIn, and property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket.
- Lead and approve multiple campaigns across all the above channels.
- Working with content and design managers on creative branding for RWinvest, positioning RWinvest in a competitive market space and ensuring brand consistency at all times.
- Complete management of the marketing budget and cost analysis of marketing campaigns.
- Management of new product launches, including organising all print and digital marketing materials on time and on budget.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and new technologies, thinking of new ways to drive the marketing strategy forward.
- Work with external companies on outsourced marketing campaigns.
- Liaise with sales managers to evaluate campaign success with customer audiences, identify objections, develop helpful marketing materials and ways that marketing can assist the sales process.
- Creation of regular reports and frequent data analysis to ensure all channels are performing on target. Report to Board of Directors on results.
- Use the CRM to define audiences, create personas and identify behaviours.
- Setting team goals and ensuring lead generation targets are hit on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Take ownership of company award application processes.
