Careology enables higher quality, higher value care, whilst transforming the patient experience and delivering clinical efficiencies, unlocking a new standard of cancer care.The RoleWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager joining a lean but high-performing Marketing Team to take our CRM and digital marketing efforts from 1, and in many cases 0, to 10! We are a startup where the early team have a strong background in various frontier technologies and product development. As a fast-scaling business, we are looking to hire an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to work closely with the CMO on all aspects of marketing, including data analytics and insight, customer experience and product as well as digital marketing and CRM.This is a highly cross-functional role that will collaborate daily with our sales, sales operations,, analytics, finance, product, and web engineering teams as well as the rest of the marketing team.As a full time, permanent employee part of a highly ambitious team in Blackfriars, you will work collaboratively across Design, Product and Development teams as well as closely with the rest of Careology.What will you be getting involved in?Strategy Development:Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.Ensure effective online presence, drive website traffic, and acquire leads/customers.Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new marketing opportunities.Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts.Campaign Management:Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.Manage and optimise marketing campaigns across multiple channels.Ensure the consistency of brand messaging across all digital platforms.Content Creation:Create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and ads.Coordinate with designers and developers to produce high-quality content.SEO and SEM:Optimise website content and landing pages for search engine marketing.Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimisation.Implement and manage link-building strategies.Social Media Management:Manage social media accounts and create content to engage the audience.Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.Analyse social media performance metrics and suggest improvements.CRM Management:Drive the CRM strategy and ensure it aligns with overall business objectives.Manage CRM software, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.Segment customer data to create targeted marketing campaigns.Develop and execute personalised marketing strategies to nurture leads and retain customers.Track customer interactions and engagement to identify opportunities for improvement.Implement and monitor automation workflows within the CRM system to enhance marketing efficiency.Analyse CRM data to generate insights on customer behaviour, preferences, and trends.Analytics and Reporting:Use web analytics tools to track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.Generate detailed reports on campaign performance and suggest optimizations.Monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement.Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and product, to ensure a cohesive approach to digital marketing.Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders regarding campaign performance and strategy adjustments.Who are we looking for?We are building not only a product to be proud of but a company to be proud of too. Ideally, you’ll have some experience in the healthcare industry too.We are looking for someone who has a range of experience across digital marketing strategy, inbound marketing, content, CRM, email, SEO, social and an in depth understanding of biddable media. You need to be analytical and process driven, but also not scared to try new processes or strategies to deliver ROI.We currently use HubSpot, so experience with this or a similar CRM platform is essential.You’re an enthusiastic worker with lots of fresh ideas, and a quick learner who can think on their feet.You’re excited about getting results and enjoy bringing innovative ideas to digital marketing.We’re looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively in a small team, who also has good experience leading creative projects and digital campaigns.You’ll be one of our first marketing hires, so you’ll be contributing to our marketing strategy which will support our commercial growth strategy and targets.
