The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at attracting new management clients to Ty SA. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve our business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development:Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to attract new management clients.Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.Create and manage a marketing calendar to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.Team Management:Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, including content creators, social media managers, SEO specialists, and paid advertising experts.Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality execution of marketing activities.Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.Campaign Management:Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., social media, email, PPC, content marketing, SEO).Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise results.Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximise ROI.Content Creation & SEO:Oversee the development of engaging and relevant content that resonates with our target audience.Ensure SEO best practices are implemented to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic.Reporting & Analysis:Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.Utilise analytics tools to gain insights and inform strategic decisions.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably within the property management or property industry.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.Experience in managing and leading a team of marketing professionals.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Proficiency in using marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, social media management platforms).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.Highly organised with excellent time management skills.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Flexible working hours with the opportunity for remote work.Potential for increased hours based on performance and business needs.Opportunity to be part of a growing and dynamic company.Work equipment provided.Salary: £30k (pro-rated)
