Digital Marketing Executive
Salary: £45,000- 50,000 + hybrid working
Full-time, permanent position
Location: Ilford, Essex

We are seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive who feels ready to progress to manager level and is interested in making a positive impact by working in the renewable energy industry.
Your mission will be to develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer engagement. Having the industry knowledge is not essential, but previous experience of successfully generating high-quality leads is required.

Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals and budget.
Write compelling ad copy and design engaging creatives that attract potential leads.
Monitor and control costs to ensure campaigns remain within budget while maximising lead generation.
Set up and launch Google Ads campaigns, ensuring all configurations are correctly implemented.
Perform A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and keywords to determine the most effective combinations.
Continuously monitor campaign performance using Google Ads dashboard and analytics tools.
Make data-driven adjustments to bids, keywords, ad placements, and targeting to improve campaign performance.
Optimise campaigns to improve Quality Scores, which can lower cost-per-click and improve ad rankings.
Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.

The successful candidate will have:
A strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and using analytics tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing platforms
