Senior Digital Marketing Manager
D2C brand
£50,000 - £70,000 base salary plus bonus
SW London based business – (1/2 days in the office a week)
This business is a founder-led D2C brand with an innovative product, having scaled to £4m in UK sales on Amazon and Shopify they are looking to continue to scale the business internationally and through new product innovation.
They are seeking a Growth expert to help them maximise their digital marketing spend across paid and organic channels through agency management, new channel expansion & team growth.

The role
Develop customer acquisition strategy managing external partners’ proficiency (Amazon, E-mail, Paid Social)
Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting
Monitoring and analysing the performance of online activities
Research, develop and test new routes to market, from new creative and messaging formats to new social platforms.
Use analytics tools to track online marketing trends
Collaborate with content developers and web designers to create and maintain a rich and engaging online experience
About you
5+ years of digital marketing experience from a D2C eCom brand
Demonstrable experience in growing a business’s customers and online revenue
Agency management experience
Analytical and innovative mindset
Broad digital marketing channel experience
Start-up/ Scale-up experience is a big plus
Experience working in international markets such as the USA is a plus
