About you

Some of the essential requirements
Educated to degree level or equivalent demonstrable experience.
Prior work in a digital marketing role, leading day-to-day digital marketing activities including organic website and paid-for activities, particularly PPC and Meta advertising.
Experience leading complex digital marketing projects, such as a total or partial website redevelopment.
Experience using digital tactics to generate new leads with clear impact on sales / business results.
Understanding of what makes digital marketing and content effective

Previous work with high consideration

Previous experience in a similar role within the care sector.

Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and deliver a digital marketing strategy
Manage our organic digital presence
Manage our paid-for digital marketing channels
Plan and lead special projects
Lead on email marketing
Act as lead for enquiry management and CRM
Manage contractors and key relationships
Collaborate, evaluate and report to drive results
