Job Description - Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description The Company
Is there such a thing as a 200-year-old start-up? Yes!
Druce has been serving central London neighbourhoods for over 200 years, providing core estate agency services for both homeowners and landlords alike. In that regard we have been very much like any other estate agency you can think of.

However, under our new ownership, we are building out something that is so much more.
We are building out a portfolio of consumer-facing services, to become a wide-ranging property services company - the go-to agency for anything property related, and not just the transactional sale or letting of a property. From building an extension, helping you pick the right mortgage, to helping you pack and move, we offer more than anyone else. This is all underpinned by a technology stack far in advance of the rest of the sector.

Our team is expanding across London and the UK, as well as expanding into overseas markets, currently Dubai, Singapore and Vietnam, with more to follow.

To ensure we continue delivering our growth plans, we are looking to bring in talented new team members who can help shape our plans and use their expertise to take our activities to the level we know we can achieve.

The Team
The Digital Marketing Manager sits within the Marketing department and will work closely with sister teams throughout the business including our customer-facing teams across Sales, Lettings and Customer Services, and our operation teams across our Operations, Partner network, IT, and Data teams.

The Marketing team is becoming central to everything we need to achieve at Druce and will be a key driving factor of our future growth.

We are a friendly, close-knit team who enjoy each other’s company, and whilst small in number, we are growing quickly, with award-winning marketers in our squad. We are responsible for a range of requirements across the business from driving our brand forwards, forming new incentives, supporting our frontline customer-facing colleagues, producing all assets and documentation, designing content, running events, generating enquiries and more! The possibilities are endless and the room for career development and progression is real.

To date the team has mainly been generalists, and we are now looking to bring in specialists - specifically a Digital Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible with the implementation of all digital marketing tools and programmes, increasing enquiries v target, monetisation, and brand awareness across the full range of Digital Marketing channels.

The Role
The Digital Marketing Manager will be key to the activation of our digital marketing programme across website, seo, ppc, display, native, vod, and social (paid) working alongside specialist agency support.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Growth Marketing, this role will be ideal for someone who has:
Proven expertise in digital marketing, website management, SEO, PPC, Website and Display.
Strong Google Analytics experience, managing agency relationships and delivering reports.
Demonstrable experience of driving leads, and working alongside a Sales team
Excellent communication skills with an analytical mindset.
Proactive, deadline-driven, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Wants to progress their career within a close-knit team in a rapidly growing business environment.
Likes a fun, open working environment where they can be themselves and loves a diverse community.
Wants to dedicate themselves to delivering excellent work and seeing the results of their endeavours.

The Remit
Whilst the Marketing team is well established, The Digital Marketing Manager role is brand new and is critical to ensure we are maximising market share, enquiries, and brand awareness across all digital channels.

The person who fulfils this role will deliver and implement digital activity across all channels with specialist agency support. As a first view we envisage the remit to cover:

Development of PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads.
Monitoring performance metrics such as cost per click (CPC), cost per acquisition (CPA), conversion rates, impression share, quality score, and ad position.
Coordination of SEO activity alongside agency support to align PPC and SEO keyword strategies and optimization of web pages to increase organic and paid search performance as well as optimisation of campaigns to improve performance across search and social channels.
Monitor paid campaigns, lead generation and the development of our digital programmes.
Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting parameters, budgets, and ad creatives based on campaign objectives and performance metrics.
Optimize conversion rates and effectively capture and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Utilise data analytics and metrics to measure and monitor the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions.
Use analytics tools to track and measure key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.
Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, ad group structuring, and ad extensions implementation to maximize campaign performance and relevance.
