My client is looking for a driven Ecommerce Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our performance marketing and growth strategies. You'll manage everything from Meta ad campaigns and landing page CRO to influencer marketing, retention strategies, and email/SMS funnels.

What You'll Do:

• Scale and optimise paid acquisition (esp. Meta)
• Improve conversion rates with landing page testing
• Develop creative ad content and UGC campaigns
• Own retention: email, SMS, subscription growth
• Discover and test new growth channels

What We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years experience in DTC or ecommerce digital marketing
• Proficient with Meta ads, CRO tools, and campaign analytics
• Bonus: Copywriting, UGC/influencer experience, and a passion for health & wellness
