This short-term loans company focused on providing quick, affordable, and transparent financial solutions to customers facing urgent expenses such as car repairs, plumbing, or dental work. Recently acquired by an international investment firm, the business is undergoing significant investment to expand its presence in the UK lending market. With a strong emphasis on growth and market share, the company is preparing to broaden its product offerings and credit options, signalling exciting opportunities for development and impact in the near future!

THE ROLE

This role primarily focuses on managing and optimising PPC campaigns, while also supporting email, SMS marketing, and SEO channels. Key responsibilities include Google Ads optimisation, CRM campaign execution, A/B testing, and reporting using GA4. The company currently has an analyst-level team member and is seeking a more experienced professional to eventually lead the team. With plans to invest further in analytics and a major website update underway, this position offers opportunities for growth and increased responsibility. Strong stakeholder management skills will be essential, as the role involves working closely with investors and playing a significant part in driving the company's digital growth in the UK.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• Digital Marketing background - you MUST come from a Banking or Lending company
• You must understand FCA advertising guidelines
• Mentoring/management experience is a plus
• Your experience must lean towards PPC/Paid Search as this will be a key focus for this role
