Digital Marketing Manager FTC

A leading national professional services firm is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a marketing transformation project. 

Location: Flexible / Remote with some travel to a UK-based office in Manchester and Sheffield. 

THE DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Developing and delivering the digital marketing strategy to increase awareness and drive new business
• Managing the website transformation and upgrade using SiteCore.
• Implementing promotional strategies across paid social media, PPC, and SEO
• Overseeing digital channel selection to maximize performance
• Managing a team of in-house digital specialists and external agency suppliers
• Leading the Content function, providing strategic direction on tone of voice and style
• Directing web development/design teams to achieve digital marketing objectives
• Working with key stakeholders to understand requirements, risks, and opportunities
• Leading on digital marketing data and reporting

THE IDEAL DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER WILL HAVE:

• Deep understanding of digital marketing, including content, paid channels, and SEO strategies
• Understanding of web development, web design, and offline marketing channels
• Hands on experience using SiteCore or similar a CMS
• Strong copywriting skills with experience in developing tone of voice and style guides
• Experience in paid search, CRO, display advertising, social media, and website management
• High-level understanding of the professional services market
• Ability to extract insights from data and deliver strategic recommendations
• Commercial acumen and brand communication skills
• Capability to work under pressure without compromising accuracy
