One of the UK's most iconic and contemporary British brands is recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented, strategic thinker to contribute to the brand's continued growth and success.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing their marketing strategy through beautifully executed ad campaigns, well thought out content strategies, and thorough website management.
You will lead a team of three, bringing sophistication and creativity to the forefront. Your ability to move initiatives forward efficiently, manage campaigns end-to-end, and advise on budget allocation will be critical.
Additionally, you will build and target audiences, manage a range of marketing tools and integrations, and report back regularly to the business on marketing activity performance. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo (ideally), and Google Analytics is essential.

Main responsibilities for this Digital Marketing Manager Role:
Cultivate a collaborative and innovative team culture, fostering creativity and strategic thinking. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the brand’s identity and goals. Stay ahead of emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor activities to ensure a progressive approach. Optimise the user experience on the website to drive engagement, sales, and customer satisfaction. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns across various channels. Analyse performance metrics to advise on optimal ad spend allocation, ensuring a balance between cost-effectiveness and maximum reach Utilise technical expertise in platforms like Shopify, HubSpot, and Google Analytics. Ensure seamless integrations across marketing tools and platforms for efficient campaign execution and data analysis. Enhance the social media presence, evolving existing strategies and expanding to new platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore and capitalise on new opportunities that align with the brand’s overall business objectives. Play a key role in designing and recruiting for the marketing team. Offer guidance and create chances for professional growth among team members, nurturing a culture of ongoing learning. Establish, monitor, and report essential performance metrics to showcase the outcomes and efficacy of digital marketing initiatives.
Key requirements for this position:
In-depth understanding of the nuances involved in marketing high-value products and adhering to brand and communication standards. Proven experience in digital marketing management, focusing on advertising, content strategy, and website management. Comprehensive understanding of marketing tools and platforms, with a focus on leveraging them to drive successful digital marketing campaigns. Good knowledge of collaborating with third-party marketing platforms, preferably with existing proficiency in Shopify, Klaviyo (ideal) and Google Analytics. Demonstrated ability to manage advertising campaigns and optimise advertising spend effectively. Innovative thinker with a focus on connected strategies. Experience in building and managing audiences, displaying a track record of successful campaigns. Confidence in team building, leadership, and strategic planning. Balanced mindset, fusing a seasoned approach with a passion for creativity and innovation.
