Digital Marketing Manager/Specialist

Job Description

Answer Digital is looking to recruit an experienced Digital Marketing professional to join us at a really exciting period of growth for Answer. This role will have innovation at the heart of it, looking at new digital ways to engage audiences and showcase the amazing work we deliver, as well as keeping on top and ahead of our industry competitors.

What you’ll be doing
Craft and implement robust marketing strategies to enrich existing partnerships and support our business development team with client engagement.
Develop compelling content, including case studies, testimonials, blog posts, and sales materials, that highlights the benefits of partnering with Answer Digital.
Create marketing strategies for Answer Digital subsidiaries, including Interneuron, Answer Digital’s health and care product company.
Execute targeted marketing initiatives focused on lead generation and partner acquisition, leveraging digital and traditional channels for optimal impact.
Monitor campaign performance and partner engagement, using insights to refine strategies and maximise program effectiveness.
Coordinate closely with our sales teams and the wider business to ensure marketing strategies support Answer’s overall objectives.
Find, negotiate, and execute on sponsorship, event and conference opportunities that promote Answer, our clients and the work we do

What you’ll bring to Answer
Experience in developing and implementing a best-in-class digital marketing strategy
Experience working with the wider business (including sales teams and our consultants) to create engaging and relevant marketing campaigns
Strong analytical skills for measuring campaign performance and deriving actionable insights.
The ability to transform briefs into creative ideas and campaigns that our clients will love, by leveraging your strengths and those of your colleagues.
Excellent project management skills, having a track record of leading a team to deliver to deadlines consistently, and problem-solving effectively to overcome challenges.
Certifications across relevant platforms such as Google Ads.
