Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their expanding team. This role is essential for executing digital marketing strategies to acquire traffic, engage consumers, and drive sales growth. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in creating and managing campaigns across various digital channels such as Google, social media, display advertising, and search engine optimisation.

• Planning:
  • Plan yearly performance channels.
  • Conduct monthly forecasting based on results, commercial calendar, and implementations.
• Campaign Management:
  • Manage main campaigns together with the performance marketing agency, including Google Ads, Affiliates, Paid Social, and Display.
  • Manage the digital marketing calendar.
  • Oversee asset production and website landing page optimization to increase performance.
• Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Manage weekly reporting on main KPIs and results with the agency, plus daily monitoring.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• SEO and Website Optimization:
  • Support keyword research and implement SEO optimization with the SEO agency.
  • Help optimize website content for organic visibility.
  • Monitor and improve website performance through channel analysis managed with the SEO agency.

• In-depth knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in creating engaging and persuasive content for various online channels.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and managing campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
