Digital Marketing Specialist

A forward-thinking Global company is on the hunt for a Digital marketeer with a sharp commercial edge and a passion for driving eCommerce success. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and knows how to turn data into action. The role would be great for someone who has worked across different brands and has a great knowledge within Social media and who likes to utilise their different skill sets, one day is never the same! This role is hybrid with 3 days in the office near Tunbridge wells and comes with great career progression!

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the charge in crafting and executing high-performing digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media.
• eCommerce metrics—think conversion rates, AOV, ROAS—and transforms insights into growth strategies.
• Working hand-in-hand with trading and merchandising teams to fine-tune online sales tactics and boost performance.
• Managing digital advertising budgets with laser focus on ROI, ensuring every pound spent delivers value.
• Championing compliance with UK advertising standards and data protection laws, keeping campaigns ethical and effective.

What we need from you:

• A proven track record in digital marketing and eCommerce, with results to show for it.
• At least 2 years hands on experience within Ecommerce
• Strong analytical mindset paired with commercial savvy.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and platforms such as Shopify or Magento.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A flair for SEO/SEM strategies.
• A solid understanding of UK consumer behaviour and the latest digital trends.
