Hours - 9-5 Monday - Friday
Site based role

We are seeking a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is integral to developing, implementing, and optimising digital campaigns across multiple channels to boost brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

You will help shape our online presence and deliver measurable results across both paid and organic platforms.

Duties

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor and optimise PPC, display, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Manage SEO efforts including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and backlink outreach.
  • Analyse performance data (Google Analytics, GA4, etc.) and report on KPIs to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
  • Support email marketing and automation campaigns (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Track website performance and user journeys to identify UX and conversion rate optimisation opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
The Candidate

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role (agency or in-house).
    Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital analytics.
  • Proficient in tools such as GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, and email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress); basic HTML is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategy.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and project coordination skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
Desirable Skills

  • Experience managing B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
