Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description

We are looking to hire a highly motivated + passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our wonderful team in our London or Caerphilly office .

We’re on a mission to end the days of mediocre lingerie, we create innovative, luxury lingerie to empower women + help them shine.

We are looking to hire someone who is passionate about marketing, with experience in design + basic html understanding as well as being a keen copywriter with broad marketing know-how.

Key Responsibilities include content creation, managing our social media accounts, creating and populating a monthly marketing calendar, reporting on paid and unpaid social media campaigns across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Tumblr), mail out campaign

creation/management,

innovating + communicating marketing strategy, progress + results.

Responsibilities
• Planning social campaigns across multiple social channels
• Creating + managing email campaigns using Mailchimp - design + basic html understanding
• Creating enticing copy
• Critically analysing the performance of campaigns, identifying opportunities to optimise, improving online conversion + increasing online store traffic.
• Creating weekly reports
• Liaise with and manage performance of external marketing agency - responsible of all ad manager accounts
• Creating content + posting on all social media channels

Knowledge & Experience
• An in-depth knowledge of the marketing and ideally the technologies + processes involved in running Paid Social campaigns
• Web design + basic html understanding would be beneficial as well as being a keen copywriter with broad marketing know-how.
• Knowledge + experience of using Facebook Ad Manager would be a bonus
• Would be beneficial to have experience in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
