We are looking for a competitive, professional, and trustworthy Digital Marketing Manager. Someone with experience in SEO & PPC to join our digital team; as a Digital Marketing Manager we'll tap into your expertise.
The role, responsibilities and expectations
Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC) Building and maintaining a brand’s presence across social media channels Creating, executing and monitoring marketing campaign budgets Collaborating with media and sales teams to improve marketing results Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment Coordinating and identifying innovative growth strategies Preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns Using advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels. Generating a continuous flow of leads for our 2x Telesales Executives to follow up daily Generating a steady flow of existing customer communications via monthly newsletter and emails Managing a marketing team as the business continues to grow Perfecting automation across our several platforms (website, CRM, customer portal)
Experience and skills essential to the role:
Google Ads certification(s) Minimum of 2 years’ experience in paid search, campaign set up, management of multiple client accounts, account optimisation Experience in social advertising Educated to degree level – or have relevant work experience Some experience managing a team (min. 1 person) Excellent numerical and written communication skills High level of proficiency with managing and interpreting campaign data - budgeting, reporting, analysis, troubleshooting, optimisation Analytical and comfortable working with spreadsheets Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Merchant Centre, Google Analytics & Search Console and other industry tools Able to work well under pressure and have excellent multi-tasking skills Experience with automation between different platforms (website, CRM, customer portal)
Experience and skills desirable to the role:
Desirable ● Working in a client-facing PPC account management role ● Knowledge of email marketing campaigns and tools (e.g. MailChimp) ● Experience of website content management systems (CMS) ● Knowledge of SEO best practices, on-site and off-site SEO ● Agency experience
Benefits and package
● Salary starting £30k per year ● 25 days holiday ● Eligible for discretionary performance bonus, based on campaign success (to be finalised) ● 3% pension contribution (after probation period) ● Additional company incentives ● Maternity leave / paternity leave
