DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST
for our global client.
Digital Marketing Specialist will develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of managing digital marketing campaigns (paid social, paid search, PPC etc.), CRM software and have a deep understanding of technical SEO

Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Marketing:
• Strategize, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Monitor, analyse and optimise campaign performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• A/B test different ad variations, landing pages, and targeting strategies to optimize campaign performance.
• Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders.
2. Website Management & Technical SEO:
• Conduct keyword analysis to identify opportunities for improving organic search rankings.
• Monitor, report and fix technical SEO components monthly
• Provide regular Content Performance Tracking reports
• Assist with website optimization efforts through basic knowledge of WordPress
• Integrate landing pages with ad campaigns and marketing automation platforms using tracking pixels and other technical configurations.
• Technical familiarity with SEO Tools and analytics tools.
3. Marketing Automation:
• Manage customer data within a CRM platform, including lead capture, segmentation, and nurturing.
• Create automated email workflows using marketing automation tools. (e.g., email sequences triggered by specific actions)
• Proficiency in using CRM and related marketing tools (HubSpot preferable)
• Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders.
Requirements
:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Engineering, IT or a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on digital advertising, CRM, and technical SEO & proficiency in using the most common relevant tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning
• Native/Business level English proficiency
• UK work authorization
