Digital Marketing Specialist - Agriculture

You will work collaboratively across the business, gaining insights from sales and marketing data whilst nurturing and optimising the customer journey through an effective use of marketing automation solutions. Role Responsibilities:

• To develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and engage with customers
• To manage and utilise marketing automation platforms and its integration with CRM software
• To monitor campaign performance, analysing data and adjusting to optimise conversion rates
• To work collaboratively with the team creating a schedule of quality, engaging content across various digital platforms, optimising lead generation
• To oversee and support the wider business on marketing and digital initiatives ensuring they are aligned with the overall business goals
• To track and measure the effectiveness of marketing automations platforms
• To ensure all online content and channels are accurate, current, and aligned with the brand
• To stay abreast of emerging trends and industry best practice to improve customer experience

Skills you will need:

Essential:

• Proven experience in a digital marketing role
• Highly proficient in marketing automation platforms and digital marketing channels
• A degree qualification in marketing or a related field
• A knowledge and understanding of the UK agricultural sector
• Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and generating insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with and strong eye for detail
• An adaptable and creative thinker
• A team player who can work collaboratively with positive outcomes
• Proficient IT and Microsoft Office Suite skills
• A UK driving licence, valid passport and willingness to travel

Desirable:

• Experience in video and content marketing
