We're partnering a great business in Northamptonshire that are growing their team and looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Merchandising Lead.

What You'll Do:

• Drive digital success across supplier brands through insight-led merchandising strategies
• Manage over £1M in supplier marketing investments and lead quarterly performance reviews
• Collaborate across teams to shape category strategy
• Deliver end-to-end supplier plans - from pitch to contract re-sign- with a sharp commercial focus
• Use tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Trends to turn data into action

What You Bring:

• Experience as a digital merchandiser, online trading exec or experience in ecommerce merchandising
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen
• A proactive, relationship-driven approach and a passion for the customer experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A future leadership mindset-ready to drive change and influence at every level

Location & Ways of Working:

This is a hybrid role based in Northamptonshire - you'll typically spend 3 days a week in the office collaborating with our brilliant team.

The Role is commutable within 45 minutes from Kettering, Wellingborough, Northampton, Peterborough, Corby, Market Harborough, Leicester, Bedford and Milton Keynes.
