Position Summary: Secretly Distribution is seeking a Digital Operations Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding global Digital Operations team. This role, situated in London, will primarily entail delivery of digital releases to Digital Service Providers (DSPs) while also handling rights management tasks. Your responsibilities will include resolving delivery issues and cultivating operational relationships with key DSP partners. Proficiency in digital music metadata, digital supply chain, and rights management is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Digital Operations team to ensure frontline audio products are set up in accordance with DSP specifications.


• Set up timed releases, instant grats, and carry out metadata/rights updates as required.


• Support all aspects of UGC Rights Management services, including communication with labels regarding monetisation inquiries, meticulous management of assets, claims, and policies, and ensuring proper administration of rights within YouTube’s CMS, Meta Rights Manager, and TikTok’s MediaMatch.


• Assist labels in managing infringement claims and promptly initiate takedowns of unauthorized content from DSPs


• Support the migration of back catalogue of newly acquired distributed content.


• Provide day-to-day support to labels, handling email queries, and supporting training needs.


• Collaborate with the Digital Operations and other cross-functional teams, providing input and feedback on internal tools and workflow improvements.

The Ideal Candidate Demonstrates:

• At least 1 year of experience working in digital content operations, digital supply chain, or a similar role at a music label or content distributor.


• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Exceptional knowledge of DSPs, content distribution, and a hands-on approach to interacting with distribution technology, such as XML & DDEX, and CRM systems.


• Working knowledge of YouTube CMS, MediaMatch, and Meta Rights Manager is highly desirable.


• Experience managing video content is favourable.

Salary: £32,700
