Job Description
The Digital Optimisation Analyst is instrumental in advancing the Charity's digital strategy and supporting colleagues in achieving their ambitious digital, fundraising and supporter engagement goals. Through utilising measurable data and analytical tools such as Google Analytics, the role provides in-depth campaign analyses, performance reports, and a deep dive into users' online activities and behaviours. The deliverable insights and contributions empower teams to make data-driven, impactful decisions that generate positive change across the organisation.
About you
You will be the go-to expert in digital analysis, working closely alongside a variety of teams to maximise the reach, engagement and conversion of our digital journeys. You will be comfortable managing competing priorities and proactively engaging with multiple stakeholders. Alongside digital analysis projects, you will have a finger on the pulse of current trends, tools and best practice across the digital space.
The role required an end to end understanding of GA4 (Google Anlaytics 4) , if candidates do not hold a deep understanding of GA4 they will not be considered for the role. Looking for candidates who can hit the ground running on Tag management, data analysis etc.
