Digital Partnerships Assistant (Brazilian Portuguese)

As a Digital Partnerships Assistant, you will play a key role in expanding our portfolio of high-quality website partnerships all over the world. Acting as an ambassador for ICS-digital, you will cultivate strong and long-lasting relationships and support the publishing of first-class content. 

Based in our Leeds office, you will work alongside a team of talented, multilingual SEO experts to ensure we deliver the best possible service for our clients.

As an agency with a strong background in international SEO, we're seeking a Brazilian Portuguese speaker to support one of our biggest markets.

The role:

• Casual role - between 10 and 20 hours per week expected (flexible to suit your schedule)
• Salary: £12.21/hour
• Use multiple prospecting techniques to creatively search the internet for new partnerships.
• Curate extensive, relevant, and high-quality lists of prospect domains including accurate information such as webmaster contact details and niche.
• Establish, manage and nurture a portfolio of international partnerships, being the single point of contact to build a strong relationship.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with webmasters with confidence, working to keep publishing costs low. 
• Proficient in a range of negotiation techniques and innovative in response to problem-solving. 
• Conducting first stage quality assurance checks on published content. 
• Work to shape and tailor your outreach efforts to meet client expectations and monthly KPIs.

About you:

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with personnel at all levels. 
• Native speaker of Brazilian Portuguese and good level of written/spoken English.
• A driven, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn quickly. 
• Proven time-management and organisation skills with the ability to self-motivate. 
• Enthusiastic about fostering positive relationships.
• Experience in content marketing is desirable.
