Day to Day

• Lead the full digital marketing strategy across Ireland, owning planning, execution and optimisation
• Focus on performance across all digital channels including SEO, PPC, social, email and web
• Manage multi-channel campaigns that drive new business and support client retention
• Oversee the national website and ensure it's optimised for conversion and customer experience
• Collaborate with central teams (PPC, SEO, marketing automation, PR) to maximise impact
• Take responsibility for all Irish marketing activity and brand presence - online and offline
• Lead and develop a small, dynamic team with a focus on performance and growth
• Manage budgets, report on campaign ROI, and support commercial objectives
• Be the link between local marketing and the wider Group - ensuring alignment and innovation
• Ensure top-tier marketing collateral and brand consistency across all touchpoints

YOU?

• 5+ years in B2B marketing with proven success delivering growth through digital campaigns
• Expertise in SEO, PPC and lead generation with strong commercial acumen
• Previous team leadership experience and a collaborative management style
• A strategic thinker who thrives under pressure and meets tight deadlines
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Confident communicator who can work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
