Job Description - Digital Producer

You will join the team in our brand-new Wigmore Street offices located in Central London on a hybrid basis, offering a truly collaborative space that fosters innovation and teamwork, blending the best of in-person and remote working environments.

We offer a salary of £28,000 pa dependant on experience.

So, more about the role…

As a Digital Producer at Fenwick, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our online customer experience. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our website is engaging, informative, and user-friendly. This includes managing the execution and maintenance of online content and promotional messages to important information like FAQs and policy updates. You'll be the guardian of a seamless customer journey, making sure every detail is accurate and every launch is executed perfectly.

In this role, you'll work closely with various teams, including digital, marketing, and operations, to deliver compelling campaigns and brand launches. You'll support the digital team in executing the marketing calendar and ensure that all events, articles, and services are built and promoted according to schedule. Your job will involve building and maintaining web pages, driving the Site experience with strong path to purchase understanding, and regularly auditing the site to recommend improvements. Collaboration will be key, as you'll coordinate with the development team to implement new site functionalities and raise any technical issues that arise.

To succeed, you'll need experience with digital content management systems, ideally Amplience, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be beneficial. You'll also need to be organised, methodical, and able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential, along with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. If you're passionate about ecommerce and luxury markets, and have a knack for problem-solving and decision-making, this role could be a great fit for you.

What we are looking for in a candidate…

Experience of a digital content management system is essential, ideally Amplience
Experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud user
Experience of scheduling content and campaign launches
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript
A natural and in-built sense of responsibility for your work and commitment to your role
Dedication to daily operational tasks and problem solving
Confident in making decisions and accepting accountability for actions
Excellent team working, communication and people management skills, under-pinned by a positive and productive attitude
Exceptionally organised, methodical, efficient & reliable.
Proven ability to work under pressure to stringent deadlines in a calm and composed manner.
Self-motivated & enthusiastic, with an entrepreneurial spirit to help a dynamic & rapidly growing business
Experience working with online content managements systems and merchandising tools
Strong computer literacy; advanced Excel knowledge essential.
