We are part-way through an ambitious, five-year plan to completely transform the Intellectual Property Office and how we interact with our customers. Person Specification
Background in Digital Product Management with a solid record of delivering against a prioritised backlog
strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices
Leading Agile multi-disciplinary delivery teams
Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong decision-making abilities
Strong presentation and communication skills across a variety of situations and levels of stakeholders
Working Style
This role will be carried out in-line with IPO Hybrid working arrangements where staff are currently expected to spend at least 20% of their time working onsite from one of our offices. This role is based in our Newport

Office .
