The opportunity

In your role of Digital Production Associate, you will champion this mindset in all that you do. This is a versatile, hybrid role designed for an organised and technically-minded individual. Sitting at the intersection of Client Services and Project Management, this role is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of digital assets and updates to our pharmaceutical clients and partner agencies.
You will be the bridge between client expectations and technical execution, handling an array of tasks from creating email templates and quality assurance to the final upload of files to client environments.

The role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings or strategy days in Huntingdon, Cambridge, London or client offices.
While advertised as full-time, we would be open to discussing reduced working hours for the right candidate.
Main responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous functional and visual testing for sales aid, rep triggered email and dashboard projects to identify bugs or deviations from the brief.
- Validate that all client amends have been implemented correctly before final delivery.
- Build and edit responsive emails using basic HTML and WYSIWYG editors.
- Manage asset libraries and ensure all digital files are correctly formatted for production.
- Supporting with project uploading and deployment where required.
- Collate client amends and requests into actionable tasks, maintaining a clear audit trail of changes, ensuring they are clearly documented and communicated to the development team.
- Provide overflow support to the client services team in order to expedite communication with clients.
- Organising meetings in advance and supporting them by capturing and sharing notes and actions as required.
- Provide general support to the client services, project management and consultancy functions as directed on our daily Cross Functional Team calls.
What we are looking for from you - skills & experience
Essential
- Minimum of one years’ experience in a similar role.
- Foundational knowledge of HTML/CSS and a familiarity with WYSIWYG editors.
- Proven ability to be able to build good rapport and chemistry, nurturing and developing relationships comes naturally to you.
- Proven experience of working in a collaborative way with your team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a passion for quality and an eye for detail, quality must be at the focus of every stage of a project.
- Good digital understanding and a willingness to build your knowledge in our product and service offering.
- Proficient in at least one of the Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace suite.
Desirable
- Digital agency background.
- Previous experience in a junior project coordination, account management, or digital production role is preferred but not essential.
