Digital Project Manager

Digital Project Manager - Solihull - 1 day a week on-site - Up to £65,000 DOE

Oscar have partnered with a forward-thinking digital agency who are on the lookout for a Project/Delivery Manager to join the team, assisting with their digital projects and ever-growing consultancy services.

The Role

You will be working to support clients in bringing their ideas into reality, assisting from the very first steps of ideation, all the way through to delivery. The role will include attending client meetings, both virtually and in-person, to help clients establish what they need their digital product to do, offering solutions to assist them in this, and then briefing the team. You will then see the project through to delivery, navigating any risks that may arise, and tweaking things as necessary, while keeping stakeholders fully informed throughout the process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience, working in a digital agency or similar, working on websites, applications, APIs etc.
• Experience consulting clients - able to offer solutions to clients, with the ability to back these up with a breakdown of how it will benefit them as a business.
• The ability to travel across the UK to client sites, as and when required (travel costs covered)
• To be a creative thinker - able to come up with ideas that will have a positive impact on clients and their business
• The ability to mentor and support fellow team members across departments
• Experience managing senior stakeholders in large companies
• To have a technical understanding - have the ability to speak technically to non-technical people

Package/Benefit details

• Salary: Up to £65,000 DOE
• Holiday: 25 days' + bank holidays, with an extra 4 days over Christmas
• Work Pattern: Hybrid (1 day per week on-site in Solihull)
