Digital Project Manager

to help elevate their national event into an international spectacle.

This role is an initial 12 month FTC with opportunities for extension. Working patterns include hybrid working model - the team currently works Tuesday - Thursday in the office, working from home Monday's and Fridays.

We’re looking for someone who has:
Proven experience in project management within a marketing and communications environment
Proficiency with Dynamics 365
Ability to develop dashboards and reporting
Experience managing multiple external agencies and suppliers
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong diplomatic skills with a natural ability to build relationships and consensus among diverse stakeholders
Commitment to data-driven outcomes and strong values

You are:
A proactive and strategic thinker who can drive digital transformation projects
Skilled in managing API integrations and resolving technical challenges
Adept at developing and implementing strategic plans, ensuring consistent brand presence
Effective in managing relationships with agencies to ensure strong delivery and ROI
Detail-oriented, able to provide project updates on progress, budgets, and quality
Collaborative, working well with internal teams and external partners to manage constraints and propose resolutions
Supportive of GDPR compliance, data cleansing, and validation efforts
