My Client is a leading Digital Agency working wigth

many of the world’s most iconic connected packaging journeys and retail experiences. By delivering meaningful experiences through technologies such as QR codes, NFC and Augmented Reality, they have helped brands to deliver on key objectives such as engagement, conversion, purpose and transparency.

The Opportunity

We require a strong midweight Project Manager to encourage the right processes to enable high quality project delivery. Reporting into the Head of Operations, this will be a highly visible role within the company, including client facing time.

Key Responsibilities

● Work with internal and external teams to ensure all projects are kept on track through the project lifecycle: i. On or ahead of schedule ii. At or below budget iii. At or exceeding specification and client satisfaction
● Actively manage up to 5 concurrent projects (depending upon the size and complexity)
● Effectively manage, escalate, and resolve issues and risks during project lifecycle
● Create and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
● Assist the Project Managers with improving the quality, efficiency and overall capability of the Project Management team
● Promote knowledge sharing within the team
● Work closely with executives and stakeholders, to deliver expected products and business benefits to client to the required standard of quality and within time

Core Skills
● Two+ years experience in a similar role
● Relationship Building – exceptional at building rapport with clients and the delivery teams
● Ability to manage confrontation: the role will require raising issues when they occur and reporting delays and possibilities of delays

● Extensive experience of managing complex projects in a software development/ delivery environment
● Demonstrable experience of delivering projects on time, within (or below) budget and to quality standards
● Experience of developing and managing client relationships
● Working knowledge of working with Jira, Smartsheets and Float (or similar software)

● Office presence, we love collaboration and being together. As such, we require our team to be in the London office 3-4 days a week with Mondays and Tuesdays being full company days
