Digital Sales Coach We have partnered with a leading wholesaler in the electrical industry to recruit a full time, permanent Digital Sales Coach to join their growing team in Scotland. This role is a key facilitator of the Digital Transformation Strategy with the purpose of driving Digital sales across the business and enabling more time for business development through the implementation of time saving Digital tools.
You will be Training, Coaching, and Influencing sales teams for technical and behavioural mindset change, and drives Sales teams to become technically competent and confident in using the existing and new Digital Products and services through technical training and support.
Key responsibilities as a Digital Sales Coach:
Train, coach, and influence sales teams to become technically competent.
Identify and understand challenges for continuous Improvement and collaborate and escalate with relevant business experts to overcome those challenges.
Using data and reporting tools to identify business needs and measure success of initiatives.
To support the wider business in being a key part in the deployment of new digital innovations or tools launched.
To work with key stakeholders to join customer visits to demonstrate the Digital Solutions increasing usage, digital sales and identifying external challenges.
To positively promote digital services both internally and externally.
To be considered for the role of Digital Sales Coach you will require:
Strong background in sales coaching within a technical environment.
Awareness and understanding of change management techniques.
Stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interrogate data to identify opportunities.

Salary of £45,000
