Job Description - Digital Sales Manager

HIGH-IMPACT ROLE IN DIGITAL MEDIA – INTERVIEWING NOW!

Maidstone | £28,000 - £35,000 + Bonus | Monday to Friday | Free Parking | Career-Advancing

They’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Has 3–5 years’ proven digital media sales experience
• Thrives on hitting and exceeding targets—you’ve done it, and you’re hungry to do it again
• Understands both B2B and B2C landscapes, and adapts strategy to suit each
• Excels at developing long-term client relationships and nurturing them into repeat, high-value partnerships
• Knows how to manage multiple stakeholders, keeping projects smooth and clients engaged
• Brings a confident, proactive approach to account growth and new business
• Is open to occasional travel for key industry events and client meetings

Insight:
• Connecting with clients to understand their digital marketing goals
• Selling bespoke advertising and content packages tailored to their needs
• Building smart, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers
• Collaborating with in-house creatives and campaign teams to deliver results
