The Role

As Digital Systems Manager, you'll act as the bridge between technology and business operations, helping teams work smarter, faster, and more efficiently through digital innovation.

You'll identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes, improve data visibility, integrate systems, and increase the adoption of AI-powered tools across the business.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and develop the company's Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID

* Drive the adoption and optimisation of Microsoft Copilot and AI technologies across the business

* Design and implement automation solutions using Power Automate and the wider Power Platform

* Develop Power Apps and workflow solutions to improve business processes

* Create dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions using Power BI and other reporting tools

* Identify inefficiencies and implement technology-driven improvements

* Manage digital transformation projects from concept through to delivery

* Improve data integration and information flow between business systems

* Work closely with operational and departmental leaders to understand challenges and deliver solutions

* Support the development of long-term AI, automation, and technology strategies

* Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to create competitive advantage

About You

We are looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with curiosity, creativity, and a passion for continuous improvement.

You may already be leading digital initiatives, supporting Microsoft 365 environments, or developing Power Platform solutions. Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, embracing innovation, and challenging traditional ways of working.

Essential Skills & Experience

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies

* Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID

* Experience using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or workflow automation tools

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Experience delivering digital transformation or technology improvement projects

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

* Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions

* A passion for innovation, automation, and continuous improvement

Desirable Skills & Experience

* Power BI dashboard and reporting experience

* Power Apps development experience

* Experience implementing AI tools within a business environment

* Understanding of business systems integration and process automation

* Experience supporting digital transformation programmes

* Knowledge of Facilities Management, Cleaning, Security, or other operational service sectors
