What You’ll Be Doing * Driving new business opportunities across mid‑market and enterprise clients. * Owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close. * Leading discovery sessions to uncover client challenges and digital maturity. * Shaping and presenting digital transformation solutions across areas such as automation, cloud, AI, analytics, and customer experience. * Building long-term relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders. * Collaborating with technical and delivery teams to scope and propose tailored solutions. * Maintaining a strong pipeline and consistently achieving revenue targets. What You Bring Essentials * Proven B2B sales success. Ideally in digital transformation, SaaS, technology, or consultancy. * Strong understanding of business processes and how digital tools create value. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities. * Ability to engage confidently with C‑suite decision‑makers. * A consultative mindset and a passion for problem‑solving. * Self-driven, ambitious, and comfortable working autonomously. Nice-to-Haves * Experience with automation, cloud platforms, AI/ML, ERP/CRM, or data analytics. * Understanding of professional services delivery. * Exposure to industries undergoing digital modernisation.
