Direct Infrastructure, Global Asset Owner, London

Responsibilities

• Lead transaction execution across direct investments, co-investments, and selective and strategic fund and listed opportunities
• Build and maintain regional and sector relationships to source proprietary opportunities and partnerships in infrastructure
• Drive due diligence, valuation and business case development, managing cross‑functional deal teams
• Negotiate key transaction documents and coordinate external third parties
• Prepare and present investment materials to approval forums
• Oversee portfolio asset management, partnering with boards and management teams

Requirements

• Strong previous investment experience in direct infrastructure
• End‑to‑end deal experience from sourcing to execution to asset management
• Track record negotiating terms and managing complex transactions
• Experience with company boards either as an observer or member
