Direct Support Professional Caretaker - NOC Shift

Our mission at MCT Home is to provide a safe, healthy and supportive environment that promotes the well-being and independence of the individuals we serve.  We will work closely with the individual’s Interdisciplinary Team to implement an individualized program plan that will maximize the individual’s potential by providing sustained assistance and guidance in life skills and positive social behaviors. This includes the encouragement of healthy lifestyles through proper nutrition and physical activities, insuring that the continuum of care is fulfilled.  The goal of this program is to ensure that the individuals we serve develop the necessary confidence and skills to live satisfying and productive lives.
