Senior Manager/Dir - RPO/Executive Search Recruitment

We are representing a rapidly expanding global executive search firm, who exclusively focus on providing executive talent to private equity backed software companies, undergoing major transformation and growth.

With three areas to the business – Campaign RPO Search, Executive Search & Interim Recruitment; they have had 100% growth in the last 12 months with a specific increase in the number of Campaign Search clients they have onboarded, as well as an increase in the number of senior level appointments made at their multi-billion-dollar software clients.

To supplement the growth and strengthen their leadership team, they are looking to appoint two Exec Search/RPO Managers/Directors to support the MD, in non-billing roles; leading their Campaign Search teams to deliver the end-to-end search process.

You will be responsible for leading a team of 5-6 consultants, growing to 8-10 in the first half of 2022: alongside the successful execution of their SaaS sales hiring programmes. While you will be involved in client pitches and some commercial discussions, you will not have responsibility for Business Development.

You will train, develop & guide your team to achieve successful outcomes on campaigns. The campaigns are time critical and urgency while maintaining quality is key.

This is a strong client facing role. You will be the front person for the client on campaigns and are unlikely to do much candidate sourcing yourselves; but will coordinate and bring campaigns together, working with consultants to ensure candidates are of sufficient quality and well qualified for the roles.

The majority of the work will be on their RPO campaign search business, but there will be opportunity to work on exec search too.
