Director - Cloud Transformation & Delivery

We are looking for a proactive and entrepreneurial Cloud Delivery Leader to build and lead our cloud delivery function from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role within a global financial services, responsible for establishing cloud delivery capabilities, processes, and teams that will drive our cloud transformation strategy.

What you'll do:

• Establish and lead the cloud delivery organization, building teams, defining roles, and setting delivery standards.
• Develop and implement end-to-end cloud delivery frameworks and governance tailored to a regulated financial services environment.
• Own the delivery lifecycle of cloud projects from initiation to deployment and ongoing management.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, security, compliance, and business leaders to embed security and regulatory compliance in all deliveries.
• Drive adoption of Agile/DevOps best practices to enable efficient, iterative cloud delivery.
• Manage relationships with vendors, internal tech teams, and technology partners critical to cloud delivery success.
• Build reporting and KPIs to measure delivery performance, risk, and business value.

• Proven track record of building cloud delivery teams or functions from scratch, preferably within financial services or similarly regulated industries.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native delivery methodologies.
• Experience in establishing governance, security, and compliance processes in cloud delivery.
• Certifications in cloud platform architect credentials are a plus.
• Background in enterprise transformation, cloud adoption, or infrastructure modernization.
• Experience working in or with financial services highly preferred.
