Role Summary The Director, Collocation and Site Strategy, partners closely with the Head of Collocation & Site Strategy to implement LSEG's global operational strategy. This role ensures colleague facing services and regional/site operational teams are aligned on enterprise objectives, regulatory requirements and delivery of a world-class colleague experience. The Director will drive the execution of standards, governance, and playbooks, and act as a key liaison between sites, central enabling teams, and business customers.
Key Accountabilities 1. Collocation Strategy Implementation - Support the Head of Collocation & Site Strategy in the execution of major transformation programme relating to but not exclusive to global co-location strategy and transition to a Product-Led Operating Model.
- Conduct market and site analyses to inform recommendations on co-location strategy.
- Prepare arguments and ROI analyses.
2. Change Management & Customer Engagement - Lead change initiatives related to site and colleague services strategy, including transformations, integrations, and process improvements.
- Build strong relationships with Site Leaders, functional partners, and business collaborators to align on priorities and resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively to ensure clarity and agreement for site strategy initiatives.
3. Workplace Experience & Risk Management - Collaborate with Engineering, People, Property & Facilities teams to deliver engaging, inclusive, and colleague experiences across sites.
- Implement risk management frameworks for site governance.
- Use data and insights (e.g., site utilisation, workforce analytics) to drive continuous improvement.
4. Site Operations & Governance - Oversite of Day-to-day operations of Site Leader programme, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks, standards, and operational excellence.
- Monitor compliance and performance against KPIs; identify and address gaps in site operations.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and procedure adoption across sites.
What You'll Bring - Significant change management experience (c.10+ years) in corporate/workplace or co-location strategy, site operations, or portfolio management within large, complex organisations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams across multiple geographies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Knowledge of workplace trends, talent hubs, and regulatory landscapes.
- Excellent customer management and communication skills; able to influence at multiple levels.
- Financial and commercial foresight; experience preparing investment cases and evaluating ROI.
- Commitment to inclusive leadership and to role-modelling LSEG's values (Integrity, Partnership, Excellence, Change).
Desirable - Experience supporting M&A integration, footprint harmonisation, or change management.
- Familiarity with EHS, physical security, and regulatory frameworks for corporate sites.
- Exposure to workforce analytics, property systems, and site performance dashboards.
