Having recently opened successful new offices, with majority turning over around £1m each within a short space of time, the business is now ready for its next chapter, a move into the North, starting with Manchester.

They're looking for a Director to lead that charge. This isn't a role where you're handed a desk and a target. It's a genuine partnership in building a new office from scratch, with full backing and investment from the business behind you. You'll need a proven track record of winning work and delivering it, ideally with experience across building surveying, quantity surveying, or project management and the credibility to open doors and build relationships across the region from day one.

The business works extensively across industrial, education, healthcare, and local authority sectors and there's real appetite to bring that expertise into the Manchester market.

You won't be starting entirely from nothing either, there are already some live opportunities in Leeds and Manchester that could give you an early foothold while you build the wider pipeline.
